Mike Hess & the Art of Blinders

Art of Blinders is a hands-on talk led by Mike Hess, Founder and Executive Director of the Blind Institute of Technology (BIT). Mike draws on neuroscience, behavioral economics, and lived experience to show how hidden assumptions shape decisions. Participants take part in sensory exercises that reveal bias and practice ways to sharpen collaboration with colleagues.
